(3) Most positive strikes occur near the *edge* of the cloud or from the thunderstorm's anvil from, which means that a strike can occur MORE THAN 25 MILES AWAY from precipitation (if this is the case you can be quite sure it's +lightning)
Given those 3 conditions i would say that only the first picture has a chance of being +lightning, though I'm just a physicist not a lightning expert so keep that in mind.

I don’t think they had a longer duration than usual. But many of the strikes originated from near the anvil and were striking away from the core which made me wonder.
