It is always interesting to see where the names of the days of the week come from in different languages 
Well, no. You said I was trolling and that it wasn’t named after the planet. It was both as the planets and gods were associated with one another.

Here's problem with theory, days named after planets. Most weren't. Thor's Day wasn't. No planet Thor. Trivia: Why all the days of the week named after Norse gods, except Saturday, named after a Roman god?
