(semi-serious but not well thought out question) If humans didn't evolve with opposable thumbs, we wouldn't have a concept of "handedness" in the traditional sense. How would we describe coordinate systems? And CP-violating decays? Is this an Anthropic bias?

I agree. But, if it can happen with one language (any verbal language), could it happen with another (like mathematics)? I don't mean "incompleteness," but concepts beyond the scope of mathematics... this is fuzzy.
