(semi-serious but not well thought out question) If humans didn't evolve with opposable thumbs, we wouldn't have a concept of "handedness" in the traditional sense. How would we describe coordinate systems? And CP-violating decays? Is this an Anthropic bias?

I suppose that is true, but I wonder if there is a "better" but "missing" description of nature out there that is hidden from us because we don't have "thumbs". A missing language... this idea needs work...
