I think you're just seeing the light from a streetlight. The flickering is probably from the car's camera autoadjusting to the background light.

Don't worry, if you look into Blightning...no one knows what it is. Theres one lab that produced it for a few seconds but it doesnt account for stories where it's supposedly travelled through people's walls/doors unhindered. I know a trusted friend who swears by it happening

To him. What confuses me is why it didnt decohere (not in the quantum sense) in that scenario. Same with this, the best guess is theyre plasma balls, but then why dont they ground themselves right away?
