Does anyone know of any interesting models of the SAME phenomena using Einstein’s field equations that are (apparently) incompatible with one another?

So, you’d have two models of the BBH system that perhaps output equivalent results, but that vary with respect to what our model says the system is like (or how we represent it).
When you state it like that, I’m sure that there are more than one could even count

Yeah I was sketching some toy models earlier, but I’m having trouble finding research that satisfies this—the latter being what I’m after.
