Proof that all integers are interesting: if this were false then there would be a lowest integer which is boring. But that would make it interesting! QED

Wouldn't the assertion be that there exists an interesting integer, not for all of them?

The usual joke is: all natural numbers must be interseting, because if there were an uninteresting natural number, there would be a least one, which would therefore be interesting - a contradiction. My response: even the least uninteresting number is still uninteresting.
