      Shopping with @AshleyFurniture was an absolute NIGHTMARE. I bought the exact same couch my roommate had IN HERE (ie, it got INTO AND OUT OF the apartment). These delivery people wouldn't even try, and NOW I have to wait to call tomorrow to get a refund, a number w/a 20 min wait!!

      You can usually pay the person an extra 50$ to deliver, which is still usually cheaper

          A person selling their couch would bring it up 5 flights of stairs and into my apartment?? I'm a bit doubtful lol. I guess I could pay delivery people to do it but then I might as well get a new couch 🤷‍♀️
