Gotta disagree with this. Unless one agrees to a narrow definition of "perfection."
I would say that a definition of perfection should incorporate the notion of certainty.

That's true. I don't claim that all maths is certain, just that maths is the only arena one could attain it (I'm also subsuming logical structures into the realm of maths).
