Apologies if this is stupid, but aren't numbers human constructs - an attempt to quantify / impose discontinuity on the continuous im order to measure? From a continuity perspective, "division by zero" is meaningless, or, rather, means "to do nothing to something"?

Well dividing by zero gives infinity... so if you are asking if nature is infinite..then I guess you could say yes...just look at the universe.... though infinity is technically theoretical...does nature do theory?
