Reading and writing about New Imperialism in the late 19th century has me extremely noided. How much of European math in that time was made possible only because enough wealth and stability robbed from others let them have the spare time to pursue the science of quantity?

I'm just trying to find more literature describing electromagnetics in the language of Geometric Algebra. I probably just will bite the bullet and shell out the money for Hestenes "space time algebra".
