Determinsm' = Randomness is not inherent in the universe. All processes are governed by physical law, be that statistical or exact.

Certainly possible and would make more sense than randomness ever would. However, as of now that is exactly where the quantum world leaves us. On the philosophy side, if everyone decided they didn’t have free will and changed their behavior as a result is that proof of free will?

(1) Complete randomness <--> physical laws don't exist. (2) As for your question, the assertion is circular as it assumes humans have free will to choose they don't have it.
