        I've seen a really nice form using geometric products that looks as simple/simpler than the tensor form you have. I wonder if they are using the same symmetries to simplify the equations...

        I think you’re talking about the differential geometry formulation on which dA is the exterior derivative and represents the curvature in the gauge space
