I think it depends on the level of abstraction.. at a classical level, absolutely. At the quantum level, it depends what you mean by deterministic.. It requires a refining of our definition

So I don’t think we don’t have the “language” per sé.. it’s like being in flat land in a sense.. being stuck in a particular branch, you don’t observe the others.. this gives the appearance of randomness to a given branch, but if you could see both it would be deterministic
