I feel like I am not as scared of physics now that Im in college than in hs. In hs I had a good teacher, but I was overthinking the problems. And now in college, I dont have an as good of a teacher but Ive learned not to overthink. similar fellings?@eversbane @InertialObservr

I actually didn’t take physics in high school, but when I first started at uni I didn’t find it easy. There is definitely a learning curve when it comes to “thinking like a physicist”.. the problem is that most people thinks it’s innate and not something you can learn

Yeah, my prof said that it takes time to start "thinking like a physicist" on the first day of class. I feel like that translates to math also. I found calculus really easy were everybody else were having problems. Or maybe bc they didnt want to beat the stereotype for calc.

Yea, I mean I didn't find some aspects of calculus particularly easy when I first started learning, but I did find that it was much easier than physics
