Converting from Celsius to Fahrenheit is done by D_F=(9/5)D_C+32. So "Fahrenheit gives me granularity that I need" == "I can feel temperature differences of JUST more than a degree and make decisions based on a threshold with width less than or equal to that", which is weird.

Oh, nevermind then. Don't know why Twitter ran this without any errors or warnings. Probably a bug.
It's probably because they have a lot of if-then statements in their code
