When we did a review of the qft book market for our book, we added Zee on the list of recommended reading but characterized it as not primarily a textbook we'd use to start learning qft systematically, but rather as a collection of valuable insights, techniques and anecdotes.
Which makes the “In a Nutshell somewhat misleading”, but what do I know I have written zero QFT books
