I would inquire about the definition of "meaningful".. I would say that clearly there are meaningful statements that are not subject to empirical analysis such as "All unicorns have one horn".. So the assertion must contain the "or", I'd say

Well, the example you gave is subject to empirical analysis IF unicorns exist, but since they don’t (Just approximating here, that’s strictly not correct), we can use a philosophical approach by employing logic, so logical positivism still works .

Right I agree that the unicorn having a single horn is perfectly subject to logical analysis.. However, I would argue that there also do exist meaningful statements that don't have a well defined Truth/Falsity value
