Oh in the sense you just described it, you’re right. I was using the definition along the lines that says “the only meaningful statements are that which are subject to empirical analysis and/or logical/formal analysis”

But as for saying that all meaningful statements are subject to logical/formal analysis would mean that "all meaningful statements (True or False) have some meaningful answer within a given axiomatic system"
