Real problem: wrong lens. Making shitty men a defacto terrorist group just legitimises moral confusion as politics. It's mental illness. It's isolation. It's maladjusted male aggression. These guys describe their "pain" as victimhood - don't inspire them to governance too.

If you were female you may be more inclined to see it as the terrorism it so plainly is. Mental illness and deep inadequacy aside.
-
If people recognized misogyny as the massive pandemic that it is, worthy of our attention, focus and outrage, the world would combust.
-
So true. But it’s never going to happen - misogyny is the oldest and deepest hatred of them all. And getting worse -more open, more violent- by the day.
-
Certainly feels that way - and honest dialogue is critical now. Let's not minimise the progress civil society has made to remove barriers to women. Women as property was a common attitude a few generations ago - attitudes have changed for the better.
-
And they can continue to if misogyny is addressed as deeply held and codified bigotry. It simply doesn't have to be perpetuated if men can talk openly about their shame... I just don't see a Guantamo for bros (Brotaunamo?) as shedding light on this tacit ideology of hate.

If he was a Muslim, we would have seen so many comments attacking Islam. We barely see one comment on such news.

No, not a bitch. He's a fully functioning MALE with penis. He's not a coward, not a woman, not an animal. He is a grown man with a mind of his own.
