I want to feel like this is a good thing! The jaded side of me thinks initiatives like this would end up in actors like me getting called into auditions just to fill quotas, not really because there's a chance of booking it. Maybe I've been down in the trenches too long!

Good start, but where does it cover Senior performers and crew which is the largest demographic and includes all races, all genders? Frances McDormand is a Senior performer. Ageism is a huge problem for most performers, crew, writers, directors, etc. Please include Seniors.
