That is heartbreaking. In the richest country in the world we see so many people in the same situation. I see this everyday when I drIve around Dallas. It's really sad and people are so judgemental and cruel to the homeless.

Every major city has...I'm going to use a different term, a Unsheltered Human Being problem, and it has spread into the smaller cities. First off we have to all look at unsheltered humans differently. They need our help, not our pity or our anger.
