I mean in those situations, if a company reaches out, you send them an accurate screenshot of the sub count? I agree it’s not a great change, but I don’t think it’s end of the world or worst thing they’ve done

Agreed but what if they don't bother emailing in the first place because the numbers are so wildly off? This is one of those changes that feels completely unnecessary. My guess is they're trying to mask those sub purges that happen routinely or minimise 'drama' fall out figures

To see a full 400k drop you need to have over 10M subs to begin with, by the looks of the rounding that is when it starts rounding to the nearest million. If you are in that range; how much does it matter?
