    In an order today, Judge Joey Loper revealed that the Mississippi AG’s office has agreed to take the Curtis Flowers case. Loper ordered D.A. Doug Evans to send his "complete file” to the AG's office so new prosecutors can “review the evidence and... proceed as appropriate.”
