This seems highly unproductive from Unity. They have a strong public image of community support which this seems to be directly conflicting with. Will you be posting more information as time goes on? Liking for visibility.

Man was is it with corporations lately with shooting themselves in the foot...? Sure more money for them maybe but not that much if you make your userbase scared with dev times still as long as they are.

Why unreal and not, for example, Lumberyard? Truly curious. If you're going to switch from Unity, doesn't it make sense to consider all the plausible alternatives?

Improbable, this blog post is just irresponsible. I know this is unfortunate for everyone and mistakes were certainly made on both sides, but fairness and truth is important in moments like this. Right now it feels like you tried to create anger with falsehoods to use it as leverage.
