All creators can use end screens, but YPP members can use end screens w/ external links. We're also creating new eligibility criteria so channels below the threshold can use external links on end screens. You can read more info here: https://goo.gl/mAUaMj .
At least there's some compromise... But I'm still going to boycott large channels ( i.e. Any that make you money) over 1k starting feb 14th and I'm encouraging all of my viewers and followers to do the same. Support small creators y'all #iamacreatortoo
