Agents held him on the ground with 3 guns pointed at him, cuffed him, illegally searched him, tried to search his phone, accused him of having a gun. All they found was his military/veteran id. THING TO KNOW: the officers tried search his phone without his consent, but because he uses a passcode, not fingerprint/face unlock, they couldn’t. Disable the fingerprint/face unlock and use 6+ digit passcodes! 
UPDATE: The head injury inflicted by ICE required a trip to the hospital. The man in this video has been treated & is resting at home. ICE’s aggressive arrests in #NYS are why our legislature must act to get ICE off our streets & away from our courthouses. #ICEoutofCourts
