@TeamYouTube My recent video upload is playing back at a low framerate. I've never encountered this problem before. The source video does not have this problem. What should I do?
Here's the video in question: https://youtu.be/OU917kyKvXc

While the video uploads, only lower resolutions (like 360p) are processed – this makes uploading faster. Higher resolutions continue to process after your upload is finished. Once they’re ready, you’ll see them on your video. More info here: https://yt.be/help/eENj

I understand that, but it's already been almost 10 hours and the video is still like this. When can I expect it to finally be watchable?

Appreciate the info, we checked out the video again and it is playing now automatically on 1080p. Let us know if you see it differently on your end. Thanks!

I’m experiencing the same issue on almost all videos, but my internet is working perfectly fine. Its only YouTube videos that are streaming slowly and it’s been doing this since Sunday.

That doesn’t seem right–just to confirm, have you tried the suggestions outlined here: https://yt.be/help/vspw ? Those steps usually fix most internet or device issues (across computers, mobile, game consoles). Let us know!
