i think th key is the "dont takie it litghtly"... we see misdiagnose of people with depression, autism, butch lesbians, interssex... gender disphorya is rare and very specific , so the te alertness should be high and transition a last case scenario.
With all my heart I wish my gender clinic had not enabled me to transition. I'm much better now and don't want to take away from my progress but there's not a day that goes by were I don't think "I can't believe I did this." Transition is a massive step. Don't take it lightly.

Where I live (Spain) there are children as young as 3 or 4 doing the social transition and even changing their name on their Identity Card. That’s categorically insane. At 4 I still believed in Santa. At 7 I thought I was black. By 9 I’d graduated to a demented fantasy of establishing my own African republic and having Greek mythology be the state religion. (I’m 51 now, and still a weirdo.)
