If it wasn't for the massive waiting list, I'd be tempted to book another appointment at my gender clinic. Just to ask why they let me transition. Why they didn't ask about my other issues. 1

How many people could I have helped if I had went back to my clinic and urged better assessment and caution? I'll live with that guilt forever. It's not my or any other detransitioners job to do this, but I feel a moral obligation to do so now. 4

I don't want more detransitioners. Nobody should want that, but it *will* happen if we don't engage with our clinics. They need to know what harm they're causing. 5/end

Don't feel guilty. Much better to wait until you're in a stronger place. What would have happened if you'd gone back right away, and they tried to convince you you were wrong? That you were on the right path and you just need to stick with it?
