This is me about a year before I came out as a trans. I thought I looked like a hideous freak in that dress. Wiped my make-up off and tied my hair back before arrival. I see it now that I've addressed my issues. I didn't see it back then because I was so unwell. If only the gender clinic had helped me see it then, rather than handing me hormones and surgery.

I honestly can't see anything wrong with myself when I look at old photos. I have no idea why I hated myself so much back then. We'll, not "no idea," but you know what I mean.
