i think once some realized they couldn't control the conversation because it already started trending, they strategically chose another approach. "it's really rare but valid/just another gender journey" feels as dismissive to me as denying detrans happens and why it happens.

I’ve decided to ignore the (inevitable) mischaracterisation & complaints yesterday & just stick to RTing good info & accounts to read. Most of the negative comments I saw seemed to come from accounts just set up to cause trouble rather than genuine accounts.
