You don't need to be "educated" on gender ideology before treating those w gender dysphoria. Knowledge from yrs of treating people & common sense usually prevails. Gender clinics have been negligent. Put emphasis on therapeutic methods

That so many detrans people have said they got hormones after little to no counselling is disgraceful. Shame on those who allowed this to happen.
