So what are you now if you used to be a trans man? I also think trans men are amazing and deserve recognition. Trans women always want to take over. Why is that? Why do they want to monopolise the situation?

I'm a woman who detransitioned, so a former trans man. I don't think it's necessarily trans women trying to make it all about them. When LGBT groups discuss "trans issues" they generally discuss trans women's issues. Same with the news, the "bathroom debate" ignores trans men.

I'm sure they'll still find a way to call me transphobic anyway.

I can't get pregnant. I had a full hystorectomy preventively to address potential cancer risk. Trans men are less visible in my experience because we generally have an easier time passing. 1/2

We have to self advocate regarding out medical health, and many guys don't. I get that to a trans man a breast or gyno exam can be really emotionally difficult. But it is extremely important. It can be life or death. 2/2

Females are always considered a distant second to males, no matter how either or them 'identify'.
