I know a lot of wonderful GC people but yeah, I've met my fair share of arsehole GCs, too. Every barrel has it's bad apples, unfortunately. I'm sorry you and your friends were treated like that, it's unacceptable. And thank you for talking to Benjamin, and responding to me.

I think the key thing to know is that there is no barrel. GC isn’t really a consistent ideology just a group that share one thing. “Gender identity ideology doesn’t make sense”. There are plenty of ideologies and personalities within that obviously.

I’m a gender abolitionist. Whether this is an achievable aim (given gender is already imprinted on my sexuality) I don’t know. But the first step is realising that gender is in your mind. It doesn’t have to real, and you do have power to amend it if you want.
