When I was trans it was hard to feel accepted by online groups. The TRAs didn't want me because I was truscum The Radfems didn't want me because I was neither a feminist nor fond of being called mutilated. So I found other truscum, many of whom I'm still friends with today 1/2

I'm a radfem and I doubt we'd agree on everything, but I see folks like you as allies in the fight. I don't have a problem w/trans folks. I have a problem w/the expectations that women should give up our sex-based protections. No-one should refer to you as "mutilated." Not ok.

As with any other topic, I'm happy to agree to disagree with radfems on various feminist issues. I like hearing other opinions, in fact, a radfem convinced me to change my mind on prostitution. We can all be friends, even when we (civilly) disagree.

Using the word "mutilated" is just disrespecting your story. I'm sorry you people have treated you that way.
