Detransition is discussed briefly but it's mostly about the book, the main characters etc. Author claims people detransition because "transition is hard," though she also acknowledges that detransition is taboo and should be discussed more by trans groups.
I agree with that. It should be discussed more by everyone. But I’m an open honest way. Which hasn’t been my experience.
That's because our existence makes them feel uncomfortable. And creates the real question, is dysphoria a real thing, or just another phenomenon that will be looked down upon in the future to come. Nothing wrong with our bodies, only our thinking.
Does a trans guy character detransition to get pregnant? I wasn’t sure if that was something real I heard about the book or a bad dream about there being no escape from misogyny.
