We should talk about protecting trans men - I've noticed many of the TM I know hide their problems to appear tough and manly. Basically the "I'm a man now, can't be emotional or ask for help," is so bad for their mental health. I worry about my TM friends all the time due to it.

I had a TM friend admit to me 10yrs ago that he finally understood why bio men have little patience with small talk because it was starting irritating him as well after years of testosterone. I always thought it was social programming until then. Hormones are serious business.

They are. I had no tolerance for bullshit on T, which isn't necessarily a bad thing but many of my loved ones have told me I became colder and more confrontational on it. HRT effects you physically and mentally, certainly not something young people should be messing with.
