The waiting lists are so long because of the staggering surge in young people now identifying as trans. Perhaps we should look into why that is?

Great question & intuition, if you don’t mind my comment. The historical context of this topic is complex. It leads to examination of everything society exposes us to from the time of birth, including exposures before through epigenetic health of mother & father.
