Have you had a space to deal with your trauma and depression. Obviously that should've been dealt with first. I'm 58 and still struggling with childhood trauma. It's a long road. 
I was evaluated at a gender clinic. They, with the full knowledge that I was severely depressed and dealing with trauma, gave me testosterone without question, and later a referral for a double mastectomy. Please. Tell me how helpful these gender clinics are.

Same here at 68! Only 'uncovered' childhood trauma/sexual abuse 15 years ago. A huge process that involved many females; mother, aunts, sisters, nieces in one Roman Catholic family

I fought with therapist over this for my daughter. They said they can lose their license for conversation therapy. I told them don't treat that. Work on depression, mood control, organization, anxiety.

Having mentioned previously,(not in great detail) Ive suffered more traumatic experiences than anyone should. Im thankful not being neutered by these reprogrammers. So Dark & Dangerous adding more confusion to already crumbling foundations. Hypicrratic oath reads "Do no harm"

'neutered' is the term that keeps circling around in my head re transing young/older people. But particularly the young. Like dog and cat puppies/kittens, but at least they keep their sex markers.
