TRA's label detransitioners as a political movement, and claim they all oppose medical transition, but detransitioners are simply people who have detransitioned. They are politically all over the map. I am the only one I know who actually entirely opposes medical transition.
I don't oppose medical transition for adults, given that they're in regular therapy for a few years before hand and have been screened for co-morbid conditions. Yet, I have been informed by countless TRAs that I do oppose it simply because I discuss detransition.
