I've seen people mocking trans women for being excessively feminine but not sure I'd call that transmisogyny. They're not mocking the femininity per se, more the trans woman's belief that long hair, make-up, dresses etc. make them women, which insults women who're more masculine.

They do, and this is a huge problem. I think we (as non-misandrist detrans women) need to call this out more. Hopefully we can have some influence on the feminists who are inadverdently perpetuating this, who might be more likely to listen to us than to a male.

There are a few issues that get discussed rudely & crudely. Unfortunately, some of this is unavoidable because of specific legal proposals in the UK eg fully intact male rapists being housed in female prisons. Most of the people discussing it would prefer that we didn’t need to.

For TW who don’t want a vaginoplasty, either for lack of desire or fear of the risks an orchiectomy is usually encouraged as long term use of testosterone blockers can cause severe liver damage.

This brings up another important detrans related issue (separate from the issue with some feminists complaining about the prescence of "intact" males, thus endorsing mutilation) and this effects both sexes...

I think that’s why the message needs to be “no males in female spaces“ penises or not. If as you suppose some guys would be willing to have penises cut off to gain admittance to female spaces, they’ve got serious emotional issues. They shouldn’t roam freely among naked women.

In other words if someone is so ill he thinks he’ll be “one of the girls” by having this insane surgery, in no way should any other compassionate human encourage this. The surgery will not gain him what he wants.
