What draws my concern is when that behavior inadvertently encourages further medicalization in other trans women
I've seen people mocking trans women for being excessively feminine but not sure I'd call that transmisogyny. They're not mocking the femininity per se, more the trans woman's belief that long hair, make-up, dresses etc. make them women, which insults women who're more masculine.

I think when there are sentiments that some trans women are Okay, if they aren’t openly aroused through their perceived femininity, if they are committed to medicalization, while others are publicly ridiculed for sticking out, it has disastrous effect.
