I'd like to make very clear right now that I don't appreciate seeing trans men described as “mutilated women.” I don't agree that trans women, as a group, are dangerous. I don't tolerate mocking trans people for how they look or conduct themselves. That's shitty behavior. 2/x
No, not all Radfems/GCs do this: I'm friends with many of you. But not for the first time I've seen vile opinions regarding trans people on here and it's shite. It brings back memories: I was trans on here 4 years ago. I was called mutilated, delusional, a “traitor” to my sex 3/x
This shit does not help. If people want to discuss the problems regarding trans women in female spaces and trans men in male spaces, we need to be understanding. Just because many TRAs are horrible bullies doesn't mean that's how they should be countered. 4/x
Basically what I'm trying to say is: I'm pro-trans. I've always been pro-trans. I love and respect my trans friends and fucking hate seeing some genuinely helpful accounts on here shitting on trans people for no reason other than their being trans. Stop it. It's not helping. 5/5
