Sometimes I resent the idea that all detrans women & trans men suffer or have suffered from internalized misogyny and that if we could solve sexism, trans identification & dysphoria would go away. I really believe it would not. I think some people are generalizing way too much.
I agree. While internalised misogyny can be a factor, it's certainly not the only one and it doesn't apply to all detrans women. I don't really like how some people seem to concentrate on that factor over the others.
