Watson, my daughter just told me today she wants to discontinue T. She has been taking it for 1 & 1/2. Should she be stopping cold turkey? Is there a better way?
Hi Louise. I stopped T cold turkey after 4+ years and suffered no ill side effects, but I have spoken to other detransitioners who said they experienced otherwise. In my unprofessional opinion there is no "right way" as everyone reacts differently. Let me know how she gets on.
