You do deserve her. She sounds ace and so are you.

You DO deserve to have her, yes she's a fantastic mum, but your original transition wasn't you being bad. It was you trying to deal with your mental health issues, but in your case that wasn't the answer. I'm glad you have found happiness now, you and your mum deserve this.

You do deserve her! We all have to make the best decisions we can in life, based on the best info we have. When professionals are negligent in gathering/sharing best-quality info with you, how can you be blamed for your decision? You’re doing great work + doing her proud.

Don’t be hard on yourself, she’s probably blaming herself even more thinking what she could have done (quit her job, take you to live in the jungle for a year is what I would think)

Sounds like you are both very loving and caring people so you both deserve each other. You both went on very difficult paths and its brought you both where you are now. Im glad you are both in happier places now.

Often us mums don't feel we deserve our kids! I didn't appreciate my mum until I was a parent myself. often it takes some adversity for us to appreciate those that love us the most.

So my decent begins anew, as i journey away from the fading warm light, my mind once again weakens the shadows pry into my psyche, shape shifters thier perspicacity known to only me. I wish myself a good journey. Something new im working on, i think it suits. My love Watty
