For whatever reason, and despite the explosion in numbers of girls transitioning to men, we haven't seen a parallel increase in these new men actually achieving "men goals" and being promoted and preferred like men have always been. How is this possible?

In my opinion, it's for 2 reasons. 1) male privilege doesn't exist any more than female privilege does 2) the surge in females seeking transition is still quite new. Most of them are probably under 25

Yes. Definitely younger group. I know a few older trans men who are doing quite well, but they were successful before transition. One does say it was extremely strange how people started taking him much more seriously, even those who knew him before. A good friend and person.

Most men in general don't become CEOs or Wall Street tycoons, so not surprised there are no trans men yet in that small group.
