Wow. I can’t believe that’s their public statement about the inspection’s findings. Wait times are the least of their problems. They should be thankful that they haven’t treated all those waiting yet, considering the damning review of their case management. Are they in denial?
They're either in denial or they're psychopathic. The problem isn't that they "couldn't treat people quick enough," it's that those they *did* treat were not treated well enough.
