The fact that a number of news outlets have lead with the long waiting lists (which is a problem) is grim. You'd think the actual maltreatment of children would be the big story.

Perhaps now, they will be. I can see a sea of angry mothers and fathers not taking this damning report very well. Hopefully more is done about this, though admittedly not soon enough.
